Imerovigli boasts one of the most scenic, romantic and picturesque settings in all of Santorini with incredible views to the sea and the Caldera. Also worth visiting in the area are the church of Panagia Malteza, the chapel of Panagia Theoskepasti and of course Skaros rock.

The most important are the Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral located in the beautiful capital of the island, Fira, Profitis Ilias Monastery in Pyrgos village with 360 view of the island, St.Nicolas monastery in Firostefani and Panagia Katefiani in Perissa with marvelous sea views.
The beaches in Santorini are much different than other beaches in Greece due to their special geological features. Red and black volcanic pebbles lay the shores of Santorini beaches and the cliffs provide a picturesque ambience of unique beauty. The most unique beach of the island is the Red Beach, with the red cliffs going down to the beach, and the most popular one is the Black Beach, with many beach bars, watersport activities and a lot of space for kids to play
The picturesque village of Oia with its famous sunset, the Prehistoric Settlement of Akrotiri, the Red Beach and the lively Fira town are the most significant sites of Santorini. Some other places to explore are the Medieval village of Pyrgos with nice shops and great restaurants, the traditional village of Megalochori and the Amoudi Bay with fish restaurants by the sea.
